Meet Your Team

Daniel Robert Price
Partner
Daniel is a seasoned trial attorney and has the results to show it. He knows what it takes to resolve your claim, whether that’s through negotiations with the insurance company or through aggressive litigation and trial. He has served hundreds of injured clients in the Las Vegas area.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in legal studies, he completed his law degree at the J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating with high honors near the top of his class. He edited the school’s Law Review and its Education and Law Journal, was vice president of the trial advocacy program, and worked closely with one of the nation’s leading First Amendment scholars. During law school he worked as a law clerk for judges, law firms, and government entities, including the Criminal Appeals Division of the Office of the Utah Attorney General.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, rock climbing, camping, hiking, and just about anything outdoors. He is a skilled drum kit player and amateur carpenter. As a volunteer for his church, Daniel spent two years in Russia and learned to speak Russian.

    Janice J. Parker
    Associate
Janice is dedicated to holding businesses and individuals accountable for their negligence. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Janice attended Osgoode Hall Law School at York University where she was actively involved in the student run legal aid clinic. By her final year of law school, she had conducted her first court trial at age 23.

After completing law school in 2001, Janice worked for a boutique law firm specializing in constitutional law cases in appellate courts. Following this, she spent 11 years as a staff attorney with Mississauga Community Legal Services where she represented clients regarding disability claims, social benefits appeals, and immigration applications. Janice created and co-managed satellite legal clinics for non-profit organizations and food banks, and acted as co-supervisor of the legal clinic at the Safe Centre of Peel to assist victims of domestic violence.

In 2015, Janice moved to Las Vegas and began her American legal career from the insurance defense side. She worked for a national law firm in medical malpractice defense and was a staff litigation attorney for an insurance company. During this time, she learned valuable lessons about how insurance companies evaluate claims and how defense attorneys determine their legal strategies. Since 2020, Janice has exclusively represented Plaintiffs in their personal injury claims. Janice is admitted to practice law in Nevada and in the Federal Court in the District of Nevada. She is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and also sits on the Diversity Equality & Inclusion Committee. When not practicing law, she can usually be found at a comic or fan convention, at a rock concert, or hiking one of Nevada’s nature trails.

      Chris Beckstrom
      Partner
Chris is committed to justice and serving those who need help. He graduated as valedictorian in political science from Brigham Young University and continued on to earn his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, graduating with academic honors. He is a skilled oral advocate, finishing in the top 8 contenders in his law school’s moot court competition. He also competed in a national moot court competition in Washington, D.C. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for personal injury and insurance defense firms as a case manager and paralegal. After law school, he spent years clerking for judges, tackling complicated issues of law and spending hundreds of hours in the courtroom. Chris clerked for Judge David Mortensen in Utah’s Fourth Judicial DistrictCourt as well as Judge David Hardy in Nevada’s Second Judicial District Court. His time as a law clerk made him intimately familiar with the judicial decision-making process.

When not at work, Chris is passionate about his family, movies, running, bicycling, and travel. He loves to play guitar and piano but is admittedly a little out of practice. Chris is a huge music fan and will be happy to show off his vinyl collection if you ask him! He and his family speak mostly French at home. Chris is licensed in Nevada and Utah.
